503 KAR 3:010. Basic law enforcement training course recruit conduct requirements; procedures and penalties. An Amended After Comments version of the administrative regulation was filed with the Legislative Research Commission on November 12, 2025, which can be accessed at https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/kar/titles/503/003/010/REG/. The amendment to this administrative regulation added that a recruit who make an oral report under this section shall be advised that the report will be documents in writing by department staff.
